2024 Henki Art Prize Announcement
Henki Art is thrilled to announce the results of the 2024 Henki Art Prize, an international celebration of creativity that explores the profound relationship between water and human. This year’s theme, “Liquid Time: Capturing the Present,” inspired artists from around the world to reflect on time through the lens of water in all its forms: oceans, ice, steam, tears, and beyond.
The 2024 Henki Art Prize brought together exceptional talents, with submissions from over 80 countries showcasing the power of art to connect, inspire, and provoke thought. After a rigorous evaluation process led by jurors, we are proud to present the selected artists for this year’s award.

Statement from the Jury:
“Adam Sébire’s film poignantly captures humanity’s impact on a fragile Swiss glacier, its shrouded ice evoking a haunting sense of nature in distress. Depicting water in its various forms, ice, liquid, and steam, the work reflects the urgency of climate change. Its ethereal beauty and profound message leave a lasting impression”
Entering the Henki Art Prize gave me the impetus I needed to focus my creative ideas. As a finalist we were provided with the jurors’ critiques which opened up aspects of my work that even I had not been aware of; a fortuitous surprise. And as the 2024 winner, I was grateful for both the cash prize and the exposure that Henki Art gave me. I hope the competition will grow in future years as opportunities for thoughtful creative engagement like this are rare finds for an artist. – Adam
